Brian Latta

Mr. Latta started trading in 2000. After receiving personal one-on-one mentoring, he transitioned to a full-time trading coach and professional trader in 2002. Since the transition, he has trained almost 2500 traders to develop their own clearly defined consistently profitable trading plans in the Forex, Stock, Options and Futures markets focusing on adapting existing or developing new trading plans to suit the unique personal objectives or goals of each trader individually.

Mr. Latta has developed 3 unique trading systems from short term day trading for income to long term swing trading for capital gain and helped 4 traders around the world to start their own private investment institutions.

Mr. Latta adapted a unique approach to trading psychology he calls “Inside the Trader’s Mind” based on the latest research from neuro-finance studies to help traders master the destructive behavior often associated with learning to trade for a living. He also authored “The Book on Trading – The Secret Language of the Markets” in 2008 (pdf) to help traders better understand the requirements and next step ahead of them in writing a simple 100% objective trading plan and proving it to be consistently profitable.

Hal Lewis

Hal Lewis has been involved in the Investment Industry since his introduction in 1983 to Investments at the University of Utah. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and also a degree in Management from the University of Utah in 1985.

Mr. Lewis has been a successful and active trader for over 33 years in stocks, stock options, commodities and futures markets. He is also a successful Forex trader. Hal loves educating and helping his students because he wants them to succeed in their investing goals. He knows the importance of having a system to follow and also determining the expectancy of the system along with a risk management plan. Most investors and traders are unaware of the importance of both of these concepts in determining their investment success. Hal looks forward to mentoring you during your investing journey.

Gary Paccagnini 

Gary started trading equities and options in 1981. After graduating from the University of Montclair with a Bachelor’s degree in teaching, he pursued a twenty-seven-year career as a Specialist floor trader on the NYSE with Goldman Sachs.

Gary trained and managed groups of assistant traders on fundamentals with trading securities and understanding of market conditions. His wide range of education made him disciplined in evaluating investments and identifying trading opportunities in price trends and patterns seen on charts. He believes past trading activity and price changes of security can be a valuable indicator of the security’s future price movements.

With this knowledge, Gary can guide students towards consistent returns and understand risk and reward. He shows them how to navigate today’s increasingly volatile markets and manage risk. He understands the common mistakes of novice investors and how to reduce them.

He also has 5 years of experience in trading and teaching others to use cryptocurrency. He parallels BTC (Bitcoin) along with technical analysis with equities associated with cryptos to collect credit premiums as one of his strategies.

Scott Beck

Scott began his career in 1999 working on the trading desk for one of the largest online brokers in the country. As a Series 7 and 63 registered representative he was able to gain a strong understanding of how the markets work from a logistical and operational perspective. It was also in 1999 that he began trading and investing in his own accounts, sparking a strong desire to study and learn as much about the markets and how to trade them as possible. Since that time he has actively traded in various markets, gaining experience trading in stocks, options, futures, and currencies. He left the brokerage industry in 2003 to take a position as a trading coach, and has been working in the investment education industry ever since. Over the past seventeen years he has taught thousands of students successful trading principles and strategies.

Scott believes that regardless of what markets, instruments, or strategies one might trade, achieving success ultimately depends on three core factors: Trading plan development, money management, and trading psychology. He has spent thousands of hours studying and researching these aspects of trading and still gets excited when he is able to help aspiring traders realize how important they are, and what a difference they can make in becoming the type of trader who consistently generates profits.

He also has a strong background in technical analysis, having passed the first level of the Charted Market Technician certification.

Wayne Montierth

Wayne was introduced to trading by a rocket scientist. This rocket scientist figured that principles that allowed missiles to track targets would be applicable to tracking price movements, and began studying the available knowledge on technical analysis. He passed on to Wayne the methodologies and principles that proved to be reliable, and mentored Wayne on trading in the futures market.

A natural analyst, Wayne became passionate about trading and chart analysis. Over almost 20 years in the construction industry, some of it owning his own business, Wayne traded and studied technical analysis as much as he could. When his brother became frustrated with his own stock trading experience, Wayne stepped in and helped him apply the same technical principles to the stock market. After experiencing the leverage advantages of the futures markets, Wayne soon started learning about and trading options and forex.

One of Wayne’s other passions is weight training, and has over 29 years of experience as a personal trainer, including experience teaching at the high school and college level . He has extensive knowledge of physiological systems and movement, and has published articles in National publications. Wayne found significant similarities between the movement of price and human movement, and has used his expertise in both disciplines to make him better at practicing and teaching both.

After leaving the construction industry, Wayne’s teaching and trading skills were put to work in the investment education business for over 12 years, educating thousands of students. He is a perpetual student of technical analysis and earned his Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation awarded by the Market Technicians Association.

Wayne is a true believer in technical analysis from a statistical perspective. From the rocket scientist he learned to trade a written plan that establishes consistency with principles that give you a definitive edge. Those principles are well adapted to successfully trade stocks, options, forex and futures, and Wayne brings a passion to trading and teaching others what was generously taught to him.

Glenn Sirott

Glenn’s trading journey began with stocks and options over 20 years ago. After studying Accounting/Finance at Rider College, Glenn returned to his hometown in New Jersey to run his family’s Lincoln Mercury dealership. Several years later, Glenn made a significant career change into the casino industry, where he held upper-level management and teaching roles in Table Games. From these unique career experiences, Glenn is skilled in connecting with people to gauge their individual perspectives and abilities. Glenn understands
the difference between a gambler banking on luck and a trader evaluating high probability/low risk trades. This makes him a perfect Trading Coach!

In 2015, Glenn traded stocks and options live in real-time online and posted videos of those trades, which received over 200,000 views. As a Coach, Glenn focuses on foundational skills, technical analysis, high probability setups, risk management, trade plan preparation and strong trading routines. Together, these elements serve as a framework for traders to significantly increase their potential for great results!

In Glenn’s extensive experience as a Coach, he has worked with students from around the globe. While their skill sets, acumen, schedules and objective vary, Glenn’s approach to customizing each session to meet their individual needs remains constant. Scott Cook

Scott Cook brings over 25 years of experience in the stock market—but his journey began long before that. From an early age, he immersed himself as a student of the markets, devouring every investing book he could find and developing a deep understanding of how markets truly work. That dedication translated into real success, and naturally evolved into a passion for helping others achieve the same.Scott spent more than 12 years with TD Ameritrade, where he taught classes and coached individual investors on stocks, options, and forex. Known for his ability to simplify complex concepts, he helped traders build confidence, develop discipline, and take control of their financial future. After his time there, he went on to create a trading course for Investopedia, expanding his reach and impact to a global audience.For the past five years, Scott has been a full-time trader, traveling the world while continuing to refine his craft. No matter where he goes, he finds himself drawn back to teaching—guiding others, sharing insights, and helping traders break through the barriers that hold them back. Today, he dedicates part of his time to working one-on-one with students who are serious about elevating their skills, sharpening their mindset, and creating consistent results in the market.

Scott has been married since 2003 and is the proud father of three daughters. Outside of trading, he enjoys dirt biking, snowboarding, volleyball, and anything that gets the adrenaline pumping.

Chad Evenhuis

Chad was first introduced to the financial markets in 1993 when a friend shared with him some of the possibilities of trading and investing. In 2005, after trading as a hobby, Chad decided to change careers as a construction cost estimator and follow his trading passion. Chad went to work for Investools, a stock market education company. There he gained additional trading education and learned how to coach clients. Investools was later acquired by TD Ameritrade in 2009 and this opened more learning opportunities. Chad continued to broaden his education and received the designation of Chartered Market Technician (CMT) in 2010. Chad made a change from TD Ameritrade in 2016 to teach and coach on his own. Chad believes that two of the main keys to being successful in the markets are: understanding trader psychology and developing trading skills by using and developing a process. He trades and coaches on stocks, options, futures, and cryptocurrency. Chad’s work experience has surpassed over 30,000 hours and 10,000 client experiences. Chad has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Associates degree in Construction Management, and has his license as a mortgage loan originator in Utah. Chad also loves spending time with his wife and their 4 children. In his spare time he also likes to play sports, travel and work on self-development.

Sam Sonntag

Sam Sonntag began trading the markets in 1998.  Over the last 18 years he has gained valuable experience trading many products in his own accounts and those he has managed for others.  Weather trading stocks, options, futures or forex Sam believes anyone can manage their own money by mastering a few basic trading principles and by putting in the time to learn.

Sam has been a personal investment coach for nearly 12 years and has taught live and online events to thousands of traders throughout the country.  Sam has a passion for helping new and struggling traders on a one-on-one basis to develop an approach to the markets that is consistent and repeatable with a strong focus on trading psychology, risk management and trading routines.

Sam’s trading approach is heavily rooted in technical analysis. He earned his Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation in 2009.  The CMT designation is awarded to those who pass three levels of testing to show competence in the field of technical analysis.  Sam focuses his trading in stocks, options and futures
